Always better to over work it, do too many pieces, show up too early, rip your paper because you drew too many lines, then to do anything halfway.

Josh Cochran grew up in Taiwan and the United States. He has worked for many years with a diverse group of clients such as the Ace Hotel, Facebook, the Dubai Metro, Herman Miller, IBM, The New Yorker, The New York Times and Pepsi. In 2013 Josh was nominated for a Grammy award for album art and packaging for Ben Kweller’s “Go Fly A Kite”. Josh also teaches at the School of Visual Arts and occasionally fills in art directing for the New York Times Op-Ed page.
Josh has shown his work in various galleries around the world including, Los Angeles, New York, London, Berlin and Denmark. Currently he is working on his first children’s book about buildings in New York. He lives in a sleepy neighborhood in Brooklyn with his small dog Porkchop.
